When I was in 5th grade, I remember making into a young artist's art gallery and winning $10. I looked up at my mom and said "people can actually make money from doing stuff like this?"
I drew a lot as a kid, but I always thought I'd end up as a veterinarian or something to do with animals. It wasn't until I started drawing for petsites in high school that I realized my work actually meant something more than a few doodles here and there. Now I'm proud to a lead and finalizing artist for multiple MMO sites which allow me to get feedback from the actual community and interact with artists all over the world.

The Layout
This layout was inspired by my mother, who has a growing love for plants and turtles. We currently own a sulcata tortoise, and she's probably the coolest animal we've had along with our emus.
The tree is a Banyan tree, which doesn't sprout Hibiscus leaves, but I always need a source of bright colors in my work. The song on the layout is called La Neuge Dantans and was composed by Jonathon Martin Gordon and Scott P. Schreer. It's available on freeplaymusic.com for anyone else who's interested!
